This morning in meditation, I saw my “friend” Patricia Nichols. She was shaking her head “no, no…” as if to say what I am doing is wrong. Ever since I got serious about this system, she has been avoiding me.

She is a spiritual person and so am I. But everytime I go into this system with more commitment she gets away from me.
