Back in action

Hmm, well I was bored and had nothing to do. So I sat down and decided to meditate.

I felt some warmth in the legs a few times. There was a powerful stillness everywhere.

So I kept going. I eventually fell into a sleep.

In the dream, many various things happened. One interesting thing is I almost walked directly into a gigantic spiderweb.

THE TRUTH IS:

whatever is in your mind will control you. whatever tensions you have. hates. whatever. and they will unravel in due time. either in a non-injurious or injurious way.

may as well keep the mantra going…

This story can be told from 2 points of view. Me, the flesh being. Or me the Creator of experience for the flesh being.

So anyway, what happened is in this dream, I left the door to the house open. This dude with a gun makes his way in. Now, he comes right up to me and points the gun at my face as if to kill me. And the whole time, I keep the Secret Mantra going.

Now, the problem with this story is obvious. I created the whole scenario in my mind. The real me was never in jeopardy and the whole matter was a huge joke. Now the goal is to see just how I’m doing the same thing in the waking state.

The very best Secret Mantra songs

Guru Siyag has approved Secret Mantra to be said to the funkiest of grooves, so now it’s time to let you know what you should be mantra jap’ing to:

  • Black Sabbath “Children of the Grave”
  • The Cure “The Forest”

247 meditation

The 15 minutes on the floor twice a day is good, but Guru Siyag says that real progress somes from repeating the mantra around the clock. He also showed me the picture of his Guru with his eyes upward, connected between heaven and earth.

The surrender is as often as you can do it. Attention in the spirit world, let the biological machine take care of itself. This is definitely adequate. While Gurdjieff (and now, EJ Gold) had a labyrinth of exercises for Practical Work on Self, we have just one to achieve the Fourth Way.

Hear the guru’s face

When you visualize the guru’s image, the mantra is not a different thing. The mantra is an audio representation of what you are seeing!

Intro Post

Hi,

Here is all the basic info on Guru Siyag’s Siddha Yoga:

like a jar dissolving…

Now this was an excellent analogy that Jui gave:

Imagine you have a jar and you fill it with water and then place it in water. At first it seems like there is something inside and something outside — water. But eventually the jar dissolves and there is no difference between what is outside and what is inside!

What can we learn from this?

  • holding onto a body will create suffering and a sense of separation
  • at death you will dissolve, better get it over with now!
  • There is a chinese saying: qi4 zai4 ren2 zhong1 , ren2 zai4 qi4 zhong1 — Qi is in the center of the person and the person is in the center of the Qi.

Like plugging into a socket

Time after time, a certain way of meditating keeps returning to me. It goes like this. I’m repeating the mantra and roaming about in the 3rd eye area. Then all of a sudden I get this feeling that I am “plugged in” to an electric socket or something. And every time there is a distinct charge at the base of the spinal column.

It feels quite good. And it lasts as long as I keep the connection.
