easy reprogramming of the human biocomputer

the way your body basically works is like this: it sees or hears something. It decides if that something is pro or contra survival. If it is pro survival thoughts of pleasure and desire arise. If that something is contra survival, various negative thoughts and emotions arise.

Now, the last thing the biological machine needs when sitting down to meditate is to see or hear things which threaten it’s survival. Understanding surrender, we have just made our job much harder.

So what to do? I have an idea, give ourselves from pro survival pictures to look out. Hey, how about Guru Siyag’s face? And what about some soothing sounds? How about that Secret Mantra that Gurudev initiated you with?

Well, what do you know? We have the perfect combination of pictures and sounds, to keep the biocomputer away from negativity for a good 15 minutes! Righteous!

You know exactly where your spiritual door is

In all honesty, this system is just like what gurudev says: he introduces you to you. You dont have to start this meditation under the assumption that you are a beginner, because YOU ARE NOT. You have full power to look directly into the spiritual realm with absolutely no physical or mental effort whatsoever. To see and know EVERYTHING.

Do it now!

Self-inquiry, Siddha Yoga style

As a Siddha Yogi, I have made a choice to be master and knower of ALL: anywhere, anytime, anything.

So, in this hotel, where there are noises and other things hampering my concentration, you can inquire: what is the spiritual source of this. And remain in the spiritual realm without fail.

And then when the pleasing temporary spiritual sensations come along, you can push them aside as well with the same inquiry.

GO TO THE SOURCE, LukE! The Source!!!

So many fixed ideas… how can you really see?

I was meditating at Zui’s place on Labor Day and at one point there was a staircase and this green egg starting rolling down it. And as the egg rolled, its sides sort of popped up.

What could this vision mean? It’s simple: alternative reality. Alternative intelligences/lifeforms are all beyond your reach for one reason and one reason only: you have fixed ideas about what is and how things should be.

YOu know everything. QUit playing games

You enjoy acting as if spiritual practice should take a long time and be difficult and yield little results. And the profiteers out there would like to fool you into thinking this is so.

When you get spiritual experience, you back away, deny it. Try to play dumb.

You like being worried, nervous, needy. Any denial of the truth creates mystery and games for you to play.

You will do anything to avoid the stark naked truth of aloneness and complete control.

the 3rd eye – it’s higher than you think

both literally and physically.

so you should be up where the horizontal lines are ideally.

The anything meditation

In this meditation, you have a path to what Guru Siyag achieved – brahman. Now, common sense dictates, if this realization reveals to you that WHAT YOU REALLY ARE is anything, anywhere, then you can use this brahman (encapsulated in the Nada) in order to dissolve your boundaries with the things that you _think_ are not you.

Procedure

Sit down. Start the meditation as prescribed. Wait for the Nada to kick in. Now whenever you notice something, ANYTHING, find the Nada in that thing. Because what is there and what you hear are one and the same.

Like a stick in a puddle

If the stick makes a motion in any direction, you get muddy water and it takes some time to clear. Likewise in meditation, any worrying, fidgeting, evaluation, etc all muddy the water – and the only way to clear it is to remain absolutely still.

This was already discussed earlier but with too much technical mumbo-jumbo.

Your urge creates everything

Bruce Avenelle had a different way of expressing this. He said that attitude affects whether a plane goes up or down. It’s the same thing in this meditation. You basically have to have the ‘right’ intention. I remember when Patricia asked me: ‘what do you want’ and the answer I gave without any planning was ‘totality’.

And lo and behold Guru Siyag has realized this totality.  And so he can pass it on to us.

This meditation only requires going to your deepest deepest intention. And not pushing and demanding but receiving.

The best concentration exercise

It’s interesting how you have to learn from everyone. Personally, I left my work with Sankara Saranam fairly unimpressed with him and some of his derogatory remarks. Nonetheless, he once sent me an email which is solid gold. He said, the

The best concentration exercise is ‘I will concentrate just for this moment’

This works very well.

Another important thing is to do the mantra and then receive. Dont go to grab something that you want – just receive. The Guru is there to give you exactly what you want at your deepest level. RECEIVE IT. Dont make demands about what you think you want. If you knew what was good for you, you would not have taken the time to come to a guru for guidance..
